For the welfare of the Papillon & Phalene breed we have imported puppies for our program. This ensures we have a large variety of different lines and therefore can provide dogs with lower COIs (less inbred). We do all breed relevant DNA health testing and then more! However not all health issues are testable by DNA - by mating to lines further apart we have less chance of any nasty genetic surprises.
